Ingredients
  • Collard greens
  • Corned beef
  • Spicy mustard
  • Roasted mini sweet peppers, sliced
Instructions
  1. Cut the stems off the end of the collards, and lay them out for assembly.
  2. Place 2-3 corned beef slices on each collard, and put a few dollops of mustard on the meat.
  3. Place a handful of pepper slices on top, roll up, and eat.
