Grain Free Pizza Crust
This will make 2 pizzas.
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. You will need 2 large baking sheets, lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in a larger bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal sized balls and place one on each baking sheet.
  4. Flatten the dough to desired thickness. I usually just use my hands, but you could use a rolling pin. The dough is very sticky so be sure to dust the top with more cassava flour, or use a sheet of parchment paper if you are going to use a rolling pin.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, making sure the center is fully cooked. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before topping.
  6. To prepare the pizza, turn the oven up to 400 degrees. Top your pizza as desired and bake for another 12 to 15 minutes.
