Balsamic Roasted Romanesco

Ingredients
  • 2 large or 3 small heads Romanesco
  • 1 tablespoon melted ghee
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut up Romanesco in bite size pieces and toss with all other ingredients.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Notes
This also works well with broccoli.
