Balsamic Roasted Romanesco
- 2 large or 3 small heads Romanesco
- 1 tablespoon melted ghee
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut up Romanesco in bite size pieces and toss with all other ingredients.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
This also works well with broccoli.
