Corned Beef Wraps
- Collard greens
- Corned beef
- Spicy mustard
- Roasted mini sweet peppers, sliced
- Cut the stems off the end of the collards, and lay them out for assembly.
- Place 2-3 corned beef slices on each collard, and put a few dollops of mustard on the meat.
- Place a handful of pepper slices on top, roll up, and eat.
